A Few Things About Body In Balance
Like any well-run practice, we have a few policies in place to help things run smoothly—for our team and for you. These guidelines ensure that we can provide the best care possible, stay on schedule, and maintain a calm, professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Appointments
Massage appointments have a same day cancellation policy with a $50 fee. This fee goes towards the therapists lost time. Please be sure to call or text us before 6 pm the day prior to your appointment if you are unable to make your massage.After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, voicemail or texting is available - 360-718-2346.Insurance and Care Updates
Your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Any benefits discussed are estimations- we cannot guarantee any coverage.- Bring your current insurance card(s).
- Update us regarding any changes to your address or phone number.
- Update any insurance coverage changes
- Update us regarding any new injuries or conditions.
Financial Responsibility
